Are you eligible for exemption?

Using Handi Conseils for your services may allow you to deduct part of the budget spent; our status as an adapted company complies with the OETH (Obligation to Employ Disabled Workers).

We'll explain everything!

In 2020, the OETH, Obligation to Employ Disabled Workers changed.
The law "For the Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future" modifies it.

If today you use subcontracting for the supply of goods and services from Adapted Companies, your collaboration with the adapted sector will continue to be encouraged!

The reform changes how subcontracting is taken into account, and you will be able to benefit from a deduction of up to 75% of the amount of your contribution.

How to calculate this deduction?

Its amount corresponds to 30% excluding tax of the total labor cost of the services provided.

The amount of the deduction takes into account your employment rate.
If your employment rate is below 3%, the amount deductible is capped at 50% of your contribution.

If your employment rate is 3% or higher, the cap increases to 75%.
The principle is simple: the more employees with disabilities you hire, the higher the amount you can deduct from your OETH contribution.
